We do! As a registered business, we carry public liability insurance because we often attend markets, partner with groomers and cafes and interact directly with our community. It’s just one way we make sure we're looking after everyone—two-legged and four-legged friends alike.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days, and you’ll receive tracking information via Australia Post. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.50.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for free from our St. Kilda East collect hub.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. Keep an eye out for future updates as we grow!

Are your treats safe for all dogs?
Our treats are designed for dogs of all sizes, but as with any new food, we recommend introducing them gradually to avoid digestive upset. Always supervise your dog when enjoying a treat.
Do your treats contain any preservatives or additives?
No! All of our treats are 100% natural with no added preservatives, chemicals, or artificial flavors. We believe in keeping things simple and healthy for your pup.
Where do you source your products?
All of our meat, seafood, and poultry are sourced from the renowned Prahran Market, ensuring the highest quality for your dog’s treats.
Can I customise my order?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we offer a variety of treats to suit different preferences and dietary needs. Feel free to reach out if you have specific questions!
Returns, Refunds & Customer Service
What if my order is damaged or I have an issue with my purchase?
We want you and your pup to be happy with every order! If your treats arrive damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, and we’ll make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products (edible pet treats), we do not accept returns. If you’ve received an item you’re not happy with, we recommend discarding it or passing it along if appropriate.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful too, if possible). We’ll respond promptly to make it right.
Are there any requirements to qualify for a refund or replacement?
We don’t require returns, but we do ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery. All claims should be made in good faith with enough detail to help us understand and resolve the issue.
